TARGET advised ePriceIT in the negotiated settlement procedure, successfully completed through an agreement with its creditors pursuant to Article 23, paragraph 1(c), of the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code, including advice on protective measures, negotiations with creditors and the capital increase aimed at strengthening the company’s capital position.
